Meet 'Darlin' ~ I loved how she stopped eating when I whistled and came running with the grass still hanging out of her mouth. Reminds me of a little farm boy. I'd actually walked out to the field by our house to sit and hopefully capture an image of some finches that keep playing in one of the many thistle patches... but Darlin, sweet Darlin wouldn't leave me alone for a second. Every time I almost had the shot she'd jump around, or get in the light, or sniff my camera... Just like a great big loving dog, she wants and demands her attention too. Love ya Darlin!
